   On Friday Velvet Teen played in the Coffee House. Unfortunately the UC Davis Fascist Enforcement Service was abundant and enforced the maximum capacity of the CoHo which is strangely rated to be "full" when it is barely half full.    Today was the Shins show. It was excellent. The other two bands that played, Bishop Allen and the Decembrists.
